Simple Mango Smoothie

-3/4 cup Coconut Milk
-1/2 cup Spinach
-1/2 of a Frozen Banana
-1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
-1/4 cup Brazil Nuts
-1 scoop of RAWr! Superfoods
-1/2 to 1 full scoop of RAWr! Plant Protein (depending on your physical activity level)
-1 teaspoon of RAWr! Raw Honey
-Blend until smooth
-top off with 1/2 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
