This was our way of getting social proof and authentic testimonials back in 2012 and the couple years to follow, when we started.

We no longer send prepaid envelopes or ask for handwritten testimonials. we will still accept them and upload them though!

Since then product reviews have improved a lot. They can be verified by actual buyers, and social proof is everywhere with social media.
